Patsy Seddon

Patsy is one of Scotland’s most innovative harp players.  She is known for her performances with the duo Sileas, the group The Poozies and other ensembles including Clan Alba and has recorded over 12 CDs. Her latest project is the singing trio Madge Wildfire with Gerda Stevenson and Kathy Stewart.  Patsy is an active teacher including at every Edinburgh International Harp Festival except the first, at Feisean, at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and Kodály musicianship for NYCoS.  She has an honours degree in Celtic Studies and was a Musician in Residence at the School of Scottish Studies at Edinburgh University
