Na Clàrsairean

Na Clàrsairean, the orchestra of the Edinburgh Branch of The Clarsach Society, was formed over 40 years ago out of a desire to play informally together. Over the years, with director Isobel Mieras, they have appeared at three World Harp Congresses and regularly perform at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, at the Edinburgh International Harp Festival and the annual Christmas Harps of Gold event in The Queen’s Hall. After the difficult years of the pandemic, members of the orchestra are enjoying being able to perform together again.
