Catrin Finch needs no introduction to harp aficionados. She has been playing harp and winning awards from the age of 8. She studied at the Purcell School and subsequently at the Royal Academy of Music where she won the Queen’s Award for the most outstanding student of her year. In 2000 she was appointed Royal Harpist to the Prince of Wales, a post she held for four years and has since moved on to a glittering career, playing with most of the world’s top orchestras, recording with notable artists for major recording companies and receiving academic honours for her work as a performer, teacher and composer.
