Ingrid Henderson

Involved in many aspects of the traditional music and Gaelic world, Lochaber based harper, Ingrid, has over thirty years’ experience of performing, teaching, directing and recording.  She has appeared with Cliar, Glenfinnan Ceilidh Band and in duos with singer Margaret Stewart and with her own fiddler husband, Iain MacFarlane. Her teaching credentials include UHI’s BA Gaelic and Music course at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig, Isle of Skye, the Irish World Academy of Music & Dance and she is currently principal harp tutor at the National Centre of Excellence in Traditional Music.
