Ailie Robertson
Ailie, from Edinburgh, is a performer, composer, arranger and teacher. She synthesises Scottish, Irish and contemporary harping technique into an individual style. She was named Live Ireland’s “Female Musician of the Year, 2019” and received the award for “Innovation in Traditional Music’ in the 2019 Scottish Awards for New Music. She has performed all around the globe, has published 6 volumes of harp music which are used by students everywhere and has taught at harp festivals in Europe, Canada, the USA, Asia and Australia.
