Gregor Black

Gregor is a percussionist and bodhrán player from County Antrim, Ireland, with a background in traditional Irish and Scottish music, and classical percussion. After studying percussion at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London, he relocated to Glasgow where he completed his postgraduate studies in Traditional Music at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Gregor has performed at the BBC Proms in London, the Edinburgh International Festival, and recently performed in Boston, MA with Scottish harpist, Maeve Gilchrist. He is currently working on a new project with his duo partner, harpist Eleanor Dunsdon.
