Attending the EIHF Online? Here’s some information about how to enjoy our courses, concerts and workshops.

On-demand Concerts and Workshops
All EIHF workshops and concerts are now available to view. You can view these until midnight on the 14th May.
When will I receive my Concert and Workshop On Demand links?
We are not sending out links this year. Instead, all workshops and concerts are now available to view online in your “wallet”. When you purchased your tickets from us you will have automatically created an account which will now give you access this.

(If you have just newly purchased a concert or workshop pass, due to the admin involved there may be a delay of up to 24hrs in accessing the recordings to view in your “Wallet “. )
What is ‘My Wallet’? How do I login and access it?
In your booking confirmation email (subject line The Clarsach Society & EIHF Booking Details) , you will see a button saying ‘Login to My Wallet’.
This is a new feature which allows you to access all your EIHF On Demand concerts and workshops.
- Click the “Login to My Wallet” big blue button in your booking confirmation. A window will open in your internet browser asking you to sign into your harp festival account. This is the account you will automatically have created when purchasing tickets from the EIHF. Please use the email you asked for your tickets to be sent to, to login.
- If you can’t find your booking email you can also login HERE (please use the email you used when purchasing your tickets)
- Once signed in you will see a tab “Online Events”. Select this and your films will appear. You may need to refresh your window if nothing appears.
- Scroll down to see your concert and workshops and select each film to view them.
- To return to the list select “back to my wallet” in the menu or above the concert/workshop you are currently enjoying.
I’ve forgotten my password…
Go to the login page and click on I forgot my password. You will receive a password reset email with instructions.

How will I receive sheetmusic / handouts for my workshop?
These are in the description of the workshop film.
How long will the concerts and workshops be available to view after the Festival?
You will be able to continue to watch the concerts and workshops at your leisure until midnight on Saturday 30th April.
Booking
Book via the What’s On events page. Please note online course sales will close at midnight on Tuesday the 5th April. Online / on-demand concert and workshops will be available to purchase during and after the festival, until the 30th of April.
Online Courses
Our online courses are taking place live on zoom. Please note that the EIHF is on the UK timezone, which is currently GMT+1. This is handy website to help you work out your timezone compared to us.
I’ve never used Zoom before and I’m nervous about this…

When will I receive my Zoom Course links?
You will receive your Zoom Course codes as part of your course pack. These will be emailed on the 6th and 7th of April.
How will I receive sheetmusic / handouts for my course?
We will be emailing course packs (with all sheetmusic/handouts and zoom codes) on the 6th and 7th of April.
Will you be recording Zoom courses for catch-up?
Zoom courses will not be recorded.
