Corrina Hewat – Exercises can be Fun!

    Sat, 10 April 2021 @ 10:00 am Sun, 11 April 2021 @ 5:15 pm BST

Corrina will be working through some of the exercises she uses on a daily basis for herself and with her students to support the learning of Scottish music. Can exercises really be fun? She will help you develop the exercises to match your level of ability, incorporate ornamentation within them, make them more of a joy to play than a chore by extending them into more musical pieces which you will enjoy. The basic exercises will be written out with ideas on how to develop, but the majority of the development will be done hands-on during the course.
